Experimentation Operating System
Turn tests into decisions.
We run experimentation as an operating function, not as a project. Method, infrastructure and delivery from the two people who also make the call.
45 minutes · no obligation · you leave with a concrete next step
Working with clients in Europe, the United States and the Gulf region
Why a German boutique
The award was for the culture, not for a campaign.
In 2024 the team behind Test & Elevate won the G.R.O.W. Award, Germany's award for experimentation culture, granted by konversionsKRAFT. It went to a retailer running more than 150 experiments a year with board-level sponsorship. We built that operation from the inside. That is what we bring, and it is not a slide deck.
The people who decide do the work
Two senior operators. Nobody hands your programme to a junior after the pitch, because there is nobody to hand it to.
Built for regulated, conservative markets
German engineering culture around data quality, consent and documentation. If your legal and privacy teams ask hard questions, we have answered them before.
Bilingual and right-to-left capable
Arabic and English storefronts mirror the layout, which quietly breaks naive test setups. We segment by locale, evaluate each reading direction separately and account for a seasonality that does not follow the Western calendar.
Fixed windows across time zones
We are two people, so we do not pretend to be always on. Instead we hold dedicated weekly windows for the Gulf region and for North America, agreed before we start.
How we work
From signal to scaled impact.
Data & readiness
Goals, journey, data quality, test power and technical feasibility.
Readiness mapHypothesis
Research, analytics and customer knowledge translated into causal assumptions.
Prioritised backlogExperiment
Variants, build, tracking, browser and device QA, controlled launch.
Released testDecision
Data integrity, statistics, business impact, segments and guardrails.
Go · Iterate · StopRollout & learning
Scale winners, use neutral results, derive the next question.
Learning libraryThe path
One clear entry. One scalable programme.
Three stages that build on each other. You start where you actually are.
90-day Impact Pilot
A bounded space to produce evidence, at a fixed price. Readiness, decision sprints and an impact review. You end with a documented result and a follow-on plan. No automatic renewal.
- up to 3 experiments, subject to test power
- a decision memo per experiment
- readiness map and follow-on plan
Stage 02 · once the evidence holds
International engagements are priced above our German rate card. That difference is not currency, it is scope: work across time zones, coordination outside our own business hours, and travel. We would rather name that openly than let you find both price lists and wonder.
Plus applicable taxes. Tool licences and usage-based infrastructure are not included. No guarantee of positive uplift.
Proof
Three documents you can hold us to.
Every experiment produces the same three artefacts. They are yours and they stay with you when the engagement ends.
All figures shown are sample values illustrating the document structure. We do not publish client data.
Who you work with
AI creates speed. Experience creates impact.
Two people. Whoever sits in the first call is the person who runs the programme and signs off the analysis.
Experimentation & product growth, and data & delivery. Both senior, both on your case.
Talk to us
Bring an idea or a hypothesis. We will tell you how to make it testable.
If the test power is not there, we say so in the same call and name the method that does the job instead. That is the whole point of talking to us early.
