When a CRO, analytics or experimentation position is unfilled, operations stall while the questions keep coming. We take on the role for a fixed term and hand it over in a structured way to whoever fills it later.

The trigger
Not every gap is a program.
A program answers the question of how you test better. Interim answers a different one: who does the work while nobody is there. Mixing the two leads to the wrong contracts.
Resignation or parental leave
The position will foreseeably be open for several months. Running tests, tracking and reporting still need someone.
Hiring takes longer than planned
The market for senior experimentation roles is tight. Six months of searching is normal.
New function being built
The role does not fully exist yet. We work it out while we fill it.
Handover after the hire
The new person is coming, but should not start from zero. We hand over operations, backlog and learnings.

Terms
How it is billed.
| Scope | Day rate basis, two to four days per week is typical. Less than two days does not carry a role. |
| Term | From three months, extendable monthly, with four weeks' notice to the end of the month. |
| Price | EUR 1,450 per day. No surcharge for preparation and follow-up. |
| On site | Remote by default. On-site meetings by arrangement, travel costs separate. |
| Handover | Included in the final month, at no extra charge. |
| Boundaries | No temporary agency work. We provide a service under our own professional responsibility. |

Boundaries
When Interim is the wrong choice.
We say no if one of the three conditions is not met. A bridged role without a mandate burns your budget and our time.
| Without a decision mandate | If the role is not allowed to decide anything, no progress emerges, only documentation. |
| Without implementation resources | Winners have to be able to go live. Otherwise we collect insights without effect. |
| Under two days per week | Below that it is consulting, not a role. Then Guided is the more honest model. |
