Offer / 90-day Impact Pilot
Ninety days. A solid proof.
The pilot is a clearly bounded proving ground with a fixed price and no automatic renewal. Afterwards you decide on an informed basis whether and in which program to continue.
Fixed price after the intro call · no automatic renewal
Process
Three phases with a defined result.
Readiness
Review data, test power, the existing stack, technical feasibility and the value calculation.
Result: Readiness Map and measurement frameworkDecision Sprints
Prioritize the backlog, sharpen hypotheses, design experiments, build, QA and analyze.
Result: up to three solid decisionsImpact Review
Results, rollout, learnings, value potential and the next operating mode.
Result: Decision Memo and follow-on planPilot slots
Three slots, with additional services.
We are looking for the first three pilots whose result we may show. More than three in parallel is not something two people can deliver responsibly.
| Price | The regular fixed price, unchanged. Instead of a discount we give additional services. |
| Included on top | The signal loss analysis worth EUR 6,500 and a fourth experiment instead of three. |
| What you give in return | We may name the result as a reference. Anonymized on request, without your name and without absolute figures. |
| Approval | Nothing is published without your written approval. Not even in anonymized form. |
Data access is not affected by this. The level you choose applies. See the level model.
Value calculation
What the pilot is worth in business terms, calculated up front.
The calculation has to account for baseline, incrementality, attribution, test uncertainty, seasonality, implementation costs and time to rollout. Without rollout there is no realized impact.
Requirements
What we need, what you provide.
The pilot only starts if the readiness gate holds. That protects both sides from long tests with unclear results.
| Requirement | Why |
|---|---|
| Access to shop, tracking and analytics systems | Data integrity and the measurement framework are the basis of every decision. |
| Sufficient test power on the target journey | Working assumption: around 100,000 sessions per month available for experiments; actual suitability has to be reviewed per metric. |
| Committed management sponsor | Decisions need someone to own them and approve them. |
| Rollout capacity | A winner without a rollout owner stays a theoretical uplift. |
| Subject-matter contact | Business context decides how relevant the hypotheses are. |
Common questions
What decision makers want to know up front.
What happens after 90 days?
Nothing automatically. There is no silent renewal. Based on the Impact Review you decide on Guided, Managed, Impact Partner or on stopping.
Why only up to three experiments?
Because capacity, quality, test power and technical complexity limit the number of experiments that can be run. More tests with too little power create false certainty.
What if readiness is not enough?
Then we say so at the readiness gate and recommend funnel analyses, research, usability tests or a sequential improvement program instead of A/B testing.
Do we need a particular tool?
No. We work on your stack. If suitable infrastructure is missing, we provide a ready-to-start reference setup, transparently and separately priced.
